Vellbric currently ships to eligible addresses within the United States.

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Vellbric is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, incorrect or incomplete delivery information, service interruptions, or other circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Vellbric may offer optional third-party package protection for eligible orders. Where package protection is purchased, claims for eligible lost, stolen, or damaged shipments are subject to the applicable provider's terms, conditions, eligibility requirements, and claims process.

Vellbric may require signature confirmation for certain orders based on order value, quantity, destination, fraud considerations, or other shipping circumstances.

You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Vellbric.
